School access
The right access. A better first session.
Check the account, the school role and the class before inviting a group to begin. If something is missing, find the next step here.
- Your account
The account your school expects you to use.
- Your school role
The space available to that account.
- Your class
The class assigned to the teacher.
A visible space is a starting point. Access to a specific class or activity is checked separately.
Begin with the right account
Sign in with the account your school has connected to Guildha. If you use separate personal and school accounts, confirm which one is expected before checking access.
Open the course or profile selector in Learn
Look for your school or the role you need, such as Teaching or School admin. The choices depend on your account. If a role is missing, ask your school contact to confirm the expected access.
Check the teacher’s class assignment
For teaching work, confirm that the teacher is assigned to the intended class. Being a teacher at the school and being assigned to that class are separate checks. Test the intended activity before the group arrives.
What is getting in the way?
Choose the situation you can see on screen.
Start with the sign-in guide. Check the account address and the message shown before assuming this is a school permission problem.
Get help signing inConfirm that you signed in with the account your school expects. Ask the school contact to check the intended school and role. If it is still missing, tell support what you expected and what the selector shows. Sending a school enquiry does not create membership.
Review school accessConfirm the school, class and teacher assignment. Teacher actions apply to classes the teacher is assigned to; seeing Teaching alone does not confirm that assignment. If the details are right and access is still refused, include the exact message in your support request.
Check the teaching stepsRecord the page address, what you tried and the message shown. If Try again is available, use it once. An empty screen does not confirm that the school setup is complete. Ask support to help distinguish a loading problem from missing access.
