Your first learning session
Open a lesson, try an activity, and find a little help when you need it.
In this guide6 sections
Choose a course
Open Courses and choose something you want to learn. Read the outline and check the access information before starting. A lesson preview lets you look inside; it does not enrol you or save learning progress.
For an available free course, choose Start learning. If asked, sign in, return to the course, and choose Start learning again. A course you have already joined shows Continue learning. Other courses may have a different access action.
Find a courseOpen an available lesson
Your course opens on its learning path. Select an available lesson to begin. Locked lessons cannot be opened yet; choose an available step on that course’s path.
Let the lesson finish loading, then read or listen to the introduction. The activity tells you what to do next: choose an answer, write something, or interact with the material.
Try one activity
Give the activity a try before worrying about getting everything right. Where the lesson shows Check, choose it to submit your answer. Selecting an option alone is not the same as checking it.
Read the feedback before moving on. It may invite you to try again, offer a hint, or explain the answer. The small example below shows that rhythm; it is practice for this guide, with nothing saved to your progress.
Nora watered the plant because its soil was dry.

Choose an answer, then Check. You can change your choice before checking.
Ask your Guardian for help
Tap your Guardian to see the actions available at that moment. You may see Ask for a tip, Explain my mistake, or Open our conversation. The choices depend on the activity and the help available there.
In a conversation, name the part that is confusing: “I understand the sentence, but which words give the reason?” is more useful than “I don’t get it.” Read the explanation, return to the activity, and try the next step yourself.
If a hint or reply does not come through, use the retry action shown. A failed reply is not feedback on your answer.
Finish, then find your next step
Work through the remaining activities. When the lesson is complete, review its summary and choose Continue to return to your learning path.
If you need to stop earlier, use Close lesson. Leaving early is different from completing it. A reload may restore your place in the same browser tab, but do not rely on an unfinished activity carrying over to another tab or device.
If a lesson will not open
Check that you are signed in to the account that joined the course. Return to the course’s learning path and try an available lesson again.
If it still fails, tell support the course and lesson names, the page address, and the error you see. Never include your password or sign-in code.
